Heathrow Our client, a dealership representing leading manufacturers of heavy commercial vehicles, is seeking an Automotive Warranty Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will carry out daily processing of invoices and claims on the manufacturers' platforms for work completed by our branches in line with company processes and manufacturer procedures. Role:
Automotive Warranty Advisor Hours:
42.5 Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm with a 30-minute unpaid break Requirements: Understanding of vehicle warranty Experience of processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims Understanding of vehicle Repair and Maintenance Experience of Processing R&M Claims Automotive experience is a must – HGV preferred but transferable skills from Car and LCV also acceptable Benefits: Manufacturer training provided to support career progression 30 days holiday (including public holidays) plus additional leave with service loyalty (3yrs / 5yrs / 7Yrs / 10yrs) Holiday + Scheme Statutory employer pension Free Class IV MOT per year Mental Health First Aiders Health and Wellbeing Support Paternity pay – Full pay of 2 weeks Corporate uniform provided Cycle to work scheme Accident Policy Insurance
