The Job
As the AV Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client engagement and building strong relationships and trust with your clients
- Working closely with the communications planning team to develop audience insight and strategic plans
- Overseeing the planning of all AV campaigns and ensuring they are delivered in line with the set KPIs
- Negotiating and liaising with media owners and sales houses
- Demonstrating an approachable leadership style while supporting and developing your team while setting clear career path goals
- Tracking and supplying audit data and liaising with auditors
You
- 5+ years in an AV Planner/Buyer role at a Media Agency. Can be a Senior Manager or an established Account Director.
- Have a multi-media understanding and 360 knowledge across all AV channels such as TV, Addressable TV, BVOD, Cinema and Radio
- You are passionate about the UK TV marketplace and stay on top of industry trends
- You have the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team
- You have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
- Strong communicator
