We are seeking an experienced

AV Installation & Commissioning Engineer

to join a growing team based in Southeast London. This role will suit someone with a solid background in audio-visual systems who enjoys working on-site, commissioning, and providing technical support for a range of AV projects.

About the Role:

The position involves mostly site-based work, including 1st and 2nd fix installations, commissioning, and user training. There will also be some office-based pre-configuration tasks. The majority of clients are corporate and based in London, with occasional travel to other parts of the UK. You will be working with a variety of audio-visual technologies, and while experience with specific systems is beneficial, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Installing and commissioning AV systems, including displays, projectors, cameras, and speakers. Carrying out pre-configuration work in the office and providing on-site and remote post-install maintenance and service. Troubleshooting and assisting with technical support issues as needed. Attending training courses and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest AV technology.

What We re Looking For:

A good all-round AV skill set with a strong understanding of networking and AV systems. Ability to install and commission a range of AV products. Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects outside London. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A passion for audio-visual technology and equipment.

Desirable Experience (Not Essential):

Experience with MS Teams, Zoom, Logitech, Yealink, Poly, Crestron systems. Knowledge of Shure, Q-SYS, Dante, and networking skills.

Schedule & Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime opportunities. Yearly bonus.
