City Specialist Infrastructure and Operations (SIO) Team The City Specialist Infrastructure and Operations (SIO) Team is dedicated to developing and supporting the City's specialised infrastructure, solutions, and services that are essential for teaching, learning, and advanced research. The AV Infrastructure Replacement Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle replacement of Audio Visual (AV) infrastructure across the University. This role involves collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely upgrades. Responsibilities
The post holder will manage the lifecycle replacement of AV infrastructure, appoint suppliers, and manage resource planning and installations for the following: Audio Visual Integrators Construction Design Management (CDM) Data, electrical, asbestos surveys and building works In addition, the successful candidate will liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders on the technical development of specialist infrastructure solutions to enhance the operations of AV services. Person Specification
You will be educated to a degree level in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience. You will also possess knowledge of Construction Design Management (CDM) processes. Additionally, you will have a good understanding of project management, risk management techniques, and ITIL processes. Additional Information
