About The Role proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced AV Install Engineer to be a key part of our team, representing proAV. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package. Key Responsibilities

Physical installation of equipment (e.g., projectors, plasma displays, speakers, smartboards, and equipment racks) and commissioning of the equipment. Read, understand, and interpret the audio visual schematics and construction drawings. Attend site coordination meetings. Maintain accurate up-to-date records of the onsite installation. Report to the Project Manager. Represent the Project Manager in his absence. Liaise with other internal departments, clients, and contractors. Health and safety awareness (e.g., toolbox talks). Attend training courses as necessary. Person Specification

Possess a good underpinning technical knowledge of Electronics and Audio Visual Systems. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is essential. Competent to a high level of computer literacy. Able to work as part of a team. Ability to think laterally, finding an appropriate solution to fulfill an application. Good communication skills both verbal and written, being able to communicate with company executives to building contractors. Ability to work to the highest quality standards with attention to detail, ensuring that we complete our work thoroughly, never walking away from a problem. Ability to plan and organize work.
