To provide Audio Visual installation services within the Corporate, Health and Education Sectors. Working alongside other engineers, the role will involve carrying out a range of different installations using a variety of AV technologies including Video Walls, Microsoft Teams Solutions, Control Systems, Digital Signage, Audio Systems, etc. Responsibilities

Installing, integrating, and configuring AV technologies to meet project needs. Onsite management of installations and projects to completion on time and to required quality levels. Cable running and management within trays, trunking, and baskets. Cable termination and testing. Site surveys - assessment and management to ensure the safety and effectiveness of AV equipment. AV commissioning. AV fault finding. Rack building. Perform maintenance visits and ongoing support. Carry out duties in line with the company's quality standards. Responsible for onsite health and safety. Skills and Experience

Good communication skills at all levels. Understanding of technical designs and schematics. Great attention to detail. Desire to learn and develop audio visual skills and knowledge. Well organized. Good time keeping. Clean working. Soldering, crimping, and terminating skills. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of control systems, such as Crestron and Extron. Experience with a variety of AV equipment. Understanding both digital and analogue audio and video signals (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, Component, and Composite). Understanding of digital signals, EDID, and switching. Knowledge of Digital Sound Processors (DSP). Come from an experienced AV integration background with a proven track record of success. Be in possession of a driving licence. A flexible approach to working hours (as some weekend work may be necessary). IPAF, ECS, and PASMA advantageous. Based ideally on M62 corridor - Salary is circa £28k based on experience plus overtime and benefits. Schedule
