Role Overview

As an AV Installation/Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in bringing these dynamic in-store experiences to life. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of AV systems across London. This involves diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard, and providing timely feedback to the technical team. You ll also manage paperwork and site protocols to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Install and service AV systems, including background music and digital signage, as per job specifications. Diagnose and resolve audio-visual system faults, providing recommendations when necessary. Communicate site issues promptly to the project management team. Lead installation teams when required, ensuring high standards of work. Complete all relevant paperwork, including health and safety documentation. Train and mentor junior engineers as needed. Maintain stock records and ensure vehicle checks (if applicable). Person Specification Experience in audio-visual system installation and troubleshooting, ideally in commercial environments. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working at height and flexible with working hours, including early mornings or late evenings. Full UK driving license (held for 5+ years preferred). Familiar with construction sites and proficient with hand/power tools. Professional, reliable, and physically fit. Desirable Qualifications CSCS/ECS card, IPAF, PASMA, and Working at Height qualifications (training provided if needed). Working Hours/Benefits 48 hours per week (Monday to Friday). 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional holiday.
