Aviation and Ticketing Executive Base Salary: £32,000 + Bonus and Great Benefits Location: Hybrid - Central London or fully remote within the UK Our client is an award-winning tour operator specializing in escorted tours to worldwide destinations. Due to growth and expansion, they are recruiting an Aviation and Ticketing Executive to join their operations team. Minimum Requirements: To be considered, candidates must have previous experience in an aviation/ticketing role within the travel industry, with good working knowledge of a major GDS system and extensive knowledge of fares, flights, routes, pricing, and issuing ticketing PNRs. Duties and Responsibilities: Quality checking all flight bookings made by the Reservations and Operations teams. Monitoring ticketing deadlines and issuing flight tickets in a timely manner to maximize commercial advantage. Managing Amadeus queues, including actioning schedule changes and finding the best solutions for customers and the right prices for the business. Using fare knowledge to create special offers that drive demand to Reservations. Building and maintaining good working relationships with airline partners. Experience Required: In-depth experience working with a major GDS, ideally Amadeus. Extensive knowledge and experience of pricing, fare rules, ticketing, and reissues. Good knowledge of airline routes and contracts. Excellent customer service skills. Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail. Able to maintain focus and work within tight time constraints. Base Salary and Benefits: Base Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience. Hybrid or remote working options. 24 days holiday per year plus your birthday off.
