Aviation Logistics Coordinator
(Fixed Term up to 12 months)

An opportunity has arisen for an Aviation Logistics Coordinator who will act as an interface between offshore and helicopter operators to ensure passengers are fit to fly and departures are on time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of weekly helicopter schedules and the management of flight logistics daily operations in conjunction with helicopter operators. The role includes the registration of new starts, inductions, and management of survival suits. You will update the Vantage system and ensure all passengers have the required in-date certification.
Previous aviation knowledge and experience is advantageous as is good time management and the ability to prioritise a busy and often conflicting workload.
The role is working for a client based at Dyce, involves shift work on a rotational basis, and requires on-call cover including emergency response support.
