Supplier Oversight Consultant - Building Claims Repair Specialist Salary:

Field/Home based - travel is required Are you an expert in property claims and/or surveying services? Do you also have great communication, diplomacy, and motivational skills? If so, apply today! This role is ideal for a loss adjuster or buildings surveyor looking to utilize their expert insurance claims property repair knowledge while coaching and supporting others to improve performance for our customers. Key Responsibilities: The key purpose of this role is to motivate appropriate external suppliers and Aviva employees to make sustainable improvements in property repair claims performance. This includes: Reviewing performance and overseeing actions that will improve service, accurate costing, safety, and quality on all types of property claims. Using technical knowledge and relationship management skills to identify opportunities and motivate others to change and improve quality. Identifying systemic issues and development needs of individuals, applying coaching, training, best practice sharing, and action planning. Providing assurance and context to senior management to enable holistic change. Skills and Experience Required: Technical property/buildings knowledge is essential, with a solid understanding of property claims from field experience. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong verbal & written communication and stakeholder management skills. Desire to improve customer experience through problem identification and driving change. Cert CII /Dip CII, BDMA, HND/HNC Building studies, or Accreditation to CII, RICS, CIOB, CILA desirable.
