Job Description:
Join our client's dynamic EMEA Awards team as we navigate the peak of the film awards season. This role focuses on supporting UK campaigns, handling logistics for screening events, and driving voter engagement initiatives.
This is a short-term contract until the end of January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support, including raising POs, budget updates, and scheduling meetings.
- Update schedules, film timelines, and key documents for seamless campaign management.
- Book screening venues and manage details with venue partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate and share logistical details internally with key partners, ensuring flawless screenings.
- Manage guest lists for screenings and events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Supply materials and assets to screening venues and agencies, such as posters, trailers, press notes, and stills.
- Assign screeners to moderators, awards journalists, consultants, and agencies as needed.
- Assist with scanning and collating key press coverage for campaign tracking.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in the film/entertainment industry, ideally with an agency, studio, broadcaster, or film/TV organization focused on publicity, marketing campaigns, or events.
- Knowledge of the awards landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the awards season (not a must-have requirement).
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Highly responsive, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on attitude.
