Join the fastest growing AWP (Aerial Work Platform) business in the UK working directly for the SANY direct sales business.


The candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans, action plans and strategies for AWP products.

Meet or exceed defined sales targets related to AWP.

Maintain open communication and collaborate with internal cross - functional partners, including Product, Sales Planning, etc. to maximize revenue from AWP sales.

Directly contribute to product development process through active participation in product reviews by providing market & client insights specific to AWP.

Using knowledge of the market and competitors of AWP, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Develop strategic relationships with key decision - makers of dealers and customers in the AWP market.

Develop leads and build the pipeline for AWP.

Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals and close sale for AWP.

Partner with the Account Management team to service, maintain and grow current clients of AWP.

Sales payment collection for AWP.

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts for AWP.

Build rapport and establish long - term relationships with customers in the AWP business.


Qualifications

Solid Sales Experience with AWP.

Solid quota - carrying sales experience.

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.

Demonstrable track record of over - achieving quota.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A great work ethic.
