• Service management, Release and Change management processes and tools Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable) Broader scripting experience - Power.

Candidate fit

• automation discipline, troubleshooting, documentation, and confidence with operational reliability

Additional role context

• AWS Cloud Network Engineer (AWS Infra Services and Networking).
• Jenkins CI/CD, Puppet, Packer Windows (2019/2022/2025) and/or Redhat Linux (7/8/9/10) to an admin level in an enterprise context.
• Encryption and SSL Exposure to Agile/Feature/Platform teams Exposure to ITIL.
