About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

AWS Application Support Specialist

to join this well-established and highly regarded software platform. In this fully remote position, you'll play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our cloud-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our platform and deliver top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced application support for cloud-based services, ensuring system performance and reliability. Diagnose and resolve issues across AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, and RDS. Debug and troubleshoot application issues using programming languages such as Java and JavaScript. Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement best practices and optimize cloud solutions. Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement preventative measures. About You To excel in this role, you'll need:

At least 3 years of experience

in cloud-based application support, with expertise in AWS services. Strong understanding of

AWS infrastructure

and tools. Proficiency in Java and JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment. Full eligibility to work in the UK
