The opportunity As an Assistant Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to: Own and manage a client portfolio with minimal support from senior staff. Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets. Develop and inspire our smarter people plan. Manage a portfolio of clients with experience in P11Ds, IHT, and personal tax compliance. Handle ad hoc duties as they arise; strong experience in practice and exposure to essential elements of client service and delivery is required. Be keen to develop further and continue your professional development. Lead, manage, motivate, and coach other members of the team; supervisory experience is a distinct advantage. What are we looking for? Exposure to multiple sectors is a distinct advantage. Previous personal/private client tax or mixed tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential.
