Provide day to day HR Support to enable compliance in all areas of employment policy and legislation. Support the Senior HR Business Partners to influence your Regional Managing Partners, ensuring effective execution of the HR roadmap across the business. Act as a point of call to the wider management teams to support the talent agenda within your business unit, advising and supporting all employees at all levels. Deliver activities such as succession-planning, development-planning, and employee relations issues, acting as a ‘go to’ point of contact for HR-related queries. Provide support to Partners and the management team, working closely with wider HR teams, payroll, recruitment, and Learning & Development to mitigate people risks and ensure the business meets its targets by retaining and engaging our people. What are we looking for?
Level 5 CIPD. Proven track record of managing complex employee relations case resolution. Ability to combine your personable and communicative nature with all employees within the Azets family, delivering succinct and decisive input where necessary. Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law and previous business partnering exposure at all levels is essential for the role. What's in it for you?
