The successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals with existing Bombardier Challenger 300 series experience, who is able to supervise personnel and demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment. Duties –
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Challenger Technical Operations Manager and be responsible for: · Maintenance of Ryanair's Challenger 3500 aircraft. · Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery across the Ryanair Network. · Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations. · Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices. · Carrying out scheduled maintenance · Defect rectification · Occasional “flying spanner” duties Qualifications and Experience: Bombardier Challenger 300 Series Maintenance experience (Essential). EASA or UK CAA Part 147 Bombardier Challenger 300 Series Type Course Certificate (Desirable) ICAO Type 2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Essential), EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B2 License holder (Desirable). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential). Good IT Literacy (Essential), with AMOS Experience (Desirable).
