B2B Business Development Manager

to join our high-performing

NZ B2B Sales

team and manage the

South Island

area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing relationships, and enhancing brand awareness in the Out-of-Home (OOH) segment. As part of the Nespresso brand, you will develop tailored solutions to nurture and grow our existing accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities in the

South Island

region. Your efforts will also focus on driving brand awareness and cultivating these relationships to their full potential. With your energetic approach and sophisticated sales techniques, you will truly embody the Nespresso brand as an ambassador. We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit. Enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule while benefiting from a supportive team network. Your insights and contributions will be vital to our continued success. Your responsibilities will include: Seeking out, nurturing and partnering with new business opportunities in your assigned territory Daily management of existing accounts across your territory aligned with a developed sales plan/contact cadence Identifying and executing optimal product suite offering opportunities within a managed portfolio Utilising provided sales tools efficiently to maximise data accuracy and customer satisfaction Always being an advocate for the Nespresso brand and upholding Nespresso values in your daily activities The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years proven success in a business development role dealing with high value clients within office channels, and a proven ability to successfully liaise and partner with C-Suite stakeholders with a value-add approach.
