Permanent Our client is one of the UK's train operating companies and they're looking for a creative, innovative and highly-commercial B2B growth manager to join their Commercial Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Growth and working closely with colleagues across marketing, product, digital and insights, you'll be responsible for managing and developing the company's ancillary revenue streams: that's basically anything that's not ticket sales. You'll be working with a wide range of existing partners (car park, retail, F&B outlets, media) to maximize revenue as well as delivering new business/partner opportunities. The main focus of this role is business development, sales, and partnerships/account management. You'll need to be really comfortable managing new business pipelines as well as coming up with innovative (and profitable) revenue ideas.
