Our well-known client at the forefront of Engineering technology is looking for an experienced Email and Social Media Marketing Executive in a business-to-business environment.

Your expertise in executing engaging and creative social media and email B2B marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and achieve results, is essential. Additionally, your natural ability to engage technical audiences in engineering, electronics, and manufacturing, leveraging LinkedIn and email to drive awareness, boost market penetration, and support sales is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social content calendar for marketing campaigns, product launches, company awareness, and industry thought leadership. Enhance social media engagement by growing followers, improving content quality, and driving targeted conversions. Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce CRM to promote products, educational resources, and brand awareness. Track digital engagement of key accounts to optimize the customer journey. Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing engagement and conversions to recommend improvements and propose new tactics to the Digital Marketing Manager & Head of Marketing Operations. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent branding, team deadlines, and adherence to internal approval processes. Perform competitive social media and email marketing landscape analysis to recommend performance adjustments. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B social media and email marketing with a track record of success. Consistently deliver high-quality, creative content that captures the audience's attention. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and social media analytics. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders, managing deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail. Ability to analyze engagement data to provide monthly reports on content and channel performance, with recommendations for improvement. Basic understanding of design and creative software. This role reports to a Digital Marketing Manager and offers hybrid working (2 days in the office each week) and an early finish at 3pm on Fridays.
