Key Responsibilities:
Cultivating, influencing and securing sales with SME customers directly through a combination of self-generated leads, warmed-up data, and opportunities.
Understanding of the tariff options available.
Identifying customer requirements and demonstrating strong account management skills to drive good customer experience and closure.
Managing sales pipelines effectively to ensure targets are achieved.
Liaising with colleagues to develop comprehensive strategies to attain renewal customers.
Maintaining effective communication with existing customers to enhance renewal opportunities and maximize upsell potential.
Handling a wide range of complex written and/or verbal enquiries, complaints, and requests for advice as necessary.
Identifying trends in customer issues, alerting line manager with proposals for improvement.
Responding to incoming telephone calls, identifying customer requirements by providing a polite, professional and accurate response in line with agreed service standards.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales to direct customers is essential.
Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Good knowledge and experience of customer objection handling.
Strength in problem-solving with the ability to work in a target-driven work environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.

Shifts:
Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm (Office Based).
