Are you an experienced, confident email marketeer? Do you know your segmentation and email flows and are able to build creative email campaigns that achieve high open rates and drive revenue targets? We are looking for a customer marketing whiz to contribute to the overall success of a performance-driven marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will take our customer marketing to the next level with proven channel skills in email and referral marketing. Your focus will be on purchase frequency building out marketing campaigns to our existing audience.

Planning, briefing and implementing a campaign and automated email programme across multiple brands.

Working with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to identify customer profiles, journeys and behaviours to develop and implement targeted comms to drive conversion.

Growing the customer database while maintaining engagement and open rates.

Working with the Head of Marketing and the marketing & brand team to contribute to campaign strategy planning and contribute to the marketing plan.

Contribute to developing and implementing campaigns with an integrated approach across marketing & ecommerce functions and work closely with business functions to ensure campaigns support sales targets and business priorities.

You will manage and optimise our referral programme.

Define KPIs and stretch targets with platform partners and monitor and refine performance to ensure we hit our revenue targets for the channel.

You will manage relevant components of the marketing dashboard, monitoring and reporting on all planned activity. Collaborating with the teams to agree how to optimise opportunities or address decline.

You will work closely with ecommerce to take campaigns onsite through the regular site merchandising schedule.

Skills & Experience

An experienced email marketeer with experience of Klaviyo or other email platform.

Experience of working with referral programmes, ideally Mention Me or other referral programme.

A creative and analytical thinker, with an entrepreneurial approach and a passion for digital communications and campaigns.

The ability to work to tight deadlines.

proven ability to monitor and report on the impact of marketing activity with the ability to adjust activity in line with results.

Working in the e-commerce sector.

A knowledge of plants and a passion for growing would be a plus.

Copywriting skills.
