Care4Health is recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join an NHS Health Board in South Wales. The role is working in the community visiting patients at home and in residential settings following discharge from the hospital, so you must be able to drive and have a car you can use for work. You will ideally have experience working with the elderly and some experience in other areas including medical wards, neurology, community, and reablement. You will be assessing and formulating treatment plans for patients requiring reablement. The role is full-time Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. It is essential you hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered to be considered for any of these positions. Benefits:
