Care4health is recruiting an experienced Physiotherapist for a Community Learning Disabilities Team.
The role is community-based and you will be working across a variety of settings including seeing patients within their own homes, day services, respite, and leisure facilities. The team also takes referrals for falls and mobility assessments so it's a varied role with no two days the same.
This role would suit an experienced Physiotherapist with experience of working with patients with learning disabilities but also transferable skills within a variety of areas including Neurology, MSK, and respiratory.
You will need a car for work as you will be visiting people in a variety of community settings.
The role is 3 days per week with flexibility offered on the days of work.
It is essential you hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered to be considered for this position.
