Care4Health is recruiting several experienced Band 6 Physiotherapists to join their team for at least 3 months.
You will be working as part of the community rehab team visiting citizens at home and in residential settings, promoting independence, and preventing readmission to hospital.
The role is full-time Mon-Fri with the flexibility to manage your visits. As you will be working in a frontline service, there is an expectation that you will come into the office for team meetings each morning to plan the day and discuss the team's caseload.
You must have your own car for work to be considered for this role.
