In this role, you'll act as the central point of contact and provide coordination of Crew Training following handover (publication) from Crew Planning. This role is offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. What you'll do:

Working with our colleagues across all areas of; Crew Resource & Planning, Pre-Ops, Crewing, and Flight Training Management for both the BA Euroflyer and BA Cityflyer businesses. Provide the efficient co-ordination of all mandatory and company training requirements for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew. Compile weekly and monthly Training progress reports to identify and highlight any issues in the planned footprint. Ensure training documentation is accurate, complete and archived. Replan any training disruption in line with requests from Flight Training Manager and in collaboration with our wider OCC teams. Co-ordinate the booking of any training facilities. To liaise with the CAA where required. Your experience:

We are looking for candidates who are either experienced or have an interest in working in an Operational Control or Crewing environment. You'll enjoy the excitement of the operation and want to work with our Operations Teams in responding to changes in our crew training plan. Experience in working with EASA FTL, an understanding of flight & cabin crew training requirements, previous experience in Crew Training recovery/crew expiries would be desirable. Computer literate and demonstrated use of Crew Scheduling software. Awareness of crew fatigue and Circadian Rhythm factors. Knowledge of AIMS Crew Management System. Knowledge of Fatigue Risk Management System. Proven experience in an airline Operations/Crewing. Experience in handling the complexities of the operational environment. Experience of making suggestions and implementing ways of improving efficiency and reducing costs. What we offer:
