Job Title: Parenting Product Tester

Perm role - Salary DOE £30-50k

Location- Surrey - 4 days per week on site.

Join a leading brand in the UK as their new Parenting Product Tester, where you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in testing a wide range of parenting products - from prams to school uniforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to consumer insights by testing products both in our state-of-the-art facility and through a dedicated panel of parents, carers, and children.

About the Role:

At the heart of this role, you will be working alongside a team of experts to ensure that parenting products meet high standards. You will contribute to providing trusted advice and product recommendations based on rigorous testing processes. You'll also have the chance to support the Parenting Awards, launched in 2024, recognizing the best products for parents.

The role can be offered 5 days per week, or 4 days per week to open up more flexibility for any outside work responsibilities. You must be passionate about parenting and child/baby products. You must have an incredible understanding of the parent and baby space - what the latest products are, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Test and analyze parenting products across various categories, ensuring they meet quality and usability standards.

Work closely with a team to gather feedback from consumers and experts.

Support the Parenting Awards, spotlighting the best products for parents.

Transform product test results into clear, concise, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with PR teams and industry contacts to stay ahead of new product launches.

Communicate test results and insights effectively with multiple stakeholders.

About You:

You have a strong understanding of the family and parenting products landscape, market trends, and consumer behavior.

Experience with baby and child product testing is desirable.

You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders and have excellent time management and organizational skills.

You have a keen eye for detail and can work well under pressure.

Strong self-initiative and an inquisitive, collaborative mindset are essential.

You are passionate about delivering valuable insights that support parents' purchasing decisions.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of SEO and affiliate linking.

Experience using design tools like Photoshop or InDesign.
