Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a nurturing and experienced Baby Room Leader to join our team. As a Baby Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to infants aged 3-24 months. At Banana Moon, we understand the unique needs of babies and the importance of creating a secure and stimulating environment for their development. Our Baby Room Leader plays a key role in ensuring that babies receive the highest quality of care and attention during their crucial early stages. Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Baby Room, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support babies' development Provide personal care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on their child's progress Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and training Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations Your Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Experience working with babies aged 0-18 months Strong knowledge of child development in the early years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and inspire a team Passion for providing nurturing care and support to infants Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Experience working with babies aged 0-24 months Strong knowledge of child development in the early years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and inspire a team Benefits A unique curriculum that focuses on the wellbeing of staff, children, and families.
