Baby Room Leader

Due to the expansion of our nursery and our

brand new under two's facility , we are excited to be recruiting for a Baby Room Leader to look after our youngest children. This under two's facility is our latest addition, and we are looking for someone special to join us and make their mark on this beautiful space.

About the Baby Room Leader role:

Hours:

Full time Monday - Friday, variable hours between 7.15am - 6.15pm - Minimum 35 hours per week

Salary:

£12 per hour

Fairytales Nursery, Great Barr

Contract Type:

Permanent, all year round

Roles and responsibilities for the Baby Room Leader:

Key worker responsibilities includes planning, observations, report writing and working with the EYFS framework

Oversee teams learning journals and observations for proofing

Work closely with their team of practitioners to motivate, lead and inspire them. You will work with other room leaders across the setting to enhance good practices throughout, and communicate well with your management team to report and feedback relevant information

Requirements of the Baby Room Leader role:

Must hold a minimum full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification

Have exceptional understanding of safeguarding

Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

Baby room experience desirable
