As a Baby Room Leader, you will have the opportunity to explore the great outdoors with the children, read stories from inside a magical den, and play a vital role in our homely and nurturing setting.
You will be a confident and valued member of our team, benefiting from support from management and enjoying a generous annual leave package.
Additionally, with our forest school recently opened on site, there is ample scope for growth within our team and company.
With parking on site and close proximity to the railway station, along with the provision of a uniform and the perk of having your birthday off work, this role offers an ideal work-life balance. The working hours are 7.30am - 6.30pm 4 days per week, with flexibility for the right person.
Preferred Requirements:
Positive attitude and love for children Reliability and a can-do attitude Enthusiasm for being part of a valued team Previous experience in a similar role Ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children Preferred Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent Paediatric First Aid training Enhanced DBS check
