Based on 44 hours per week Job Description: As a Back of House Team Leader you will assist the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, by managing busy shifts and ensuring that all team members deliver service and quality in line with Wagamama standards which meets and exceeds customer expectations. Wagamama brand training is provided. Essential Criteria: Supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Fully flexible to work on a varied rota basis Monday – Sunday. Desirable Criteria: Experience with ordering stock and working with budgets. Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Wagamama reserves the right to enhance the short listing criteria.
