Develop one of the core Quinyx products, adding new features with a particular focus on user experience, performance, and scalability. Be part of an aspirational culture that promotes learning and growth through code reviews, pair programming, conferences, hackfests, and workshops. Have fun, share knowledge, and experiment with new ideas together. What you’ll bring to the team Commercial experience in backend development, preferably with Java and the Spring Boot framework. Experience in designing microservices architecture and building APIs for high-performance systems. Hands-on experience with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Knowledge of distributed caching (Hazelcast) and event-driven systems (Apache Kafka). Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering reliable and scalable systems. An open mind, with strong communication and people skills. A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies. Experience working in Agile teams and following best practices. We don’t put too much emphasis on years of experience; we care about aptitude, passion and what you can bring to the team.
