We have an urgent need for Band 2 HCAs in the South West Acute Hospital. Flexibility is required for shift coverage with a focus on those who can work day shifts between the hours of 7am-8pm. Minimum Requirements Help patients with their daily needs, making sure they feel comfortable and happy. Assist patients in moving and getting around, so they feel safe and confident. Keep an eye on patients health signs and write them down, so we can help them quickly if anything changes. Be a friendly presence for patients, offering emotional support and being a friend. Encourage patients to do things they enjoy, like activities and hobbies, to boost their mood and well-being. Make sure patients wishes are heard by talking with them and the healthcare team. Keep the place clean and safe, which is important for patients peace and getting better.
