The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust has 3 workplace nurseries taking children from 6 months to 5 years, Monday to Friday. We provide the children with a safe, stimulating, caring, and anti-discriminatory environment. We aim to work in partnership with parents to best meet the individual needs of the children. We are looking to recruit 2 motivated persons, ideally with childcare qualifications and post-qualification experience in a childcare setting. You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable, flexible, and caring with knowledge of the EYFS. Good, clear communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Qualifications
Genuine interest in working with children under 5 in a nursery setting Current Paediatric First Aid certificate Experience
Some experience of working in a nursery setting An understanding of the EYFS Experience working with children aged 0-5 years Childcare qualification or working towards one Skills and Aptitude
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Willing to learn and develop Personal Qualities
Be adaptable and flexible Ability to work as part of a team, but also the ability to use initiative as needed Others
Be able to cover varying shifts to ensure ratios are met Meet the needs of the service by working cross-site if needed World Class Values
