Detailed job description and main responsibilities: Liaise with a wide range of clinical staff, working with multidisciplinary teams in both community and inpatient services. Maintain contact with Service Users and Carers, and liaise with Health and Social Care teams.

Liaise with other statutory agencies, e.g., Police, Ministry of Justice, etc. Responsible for the coordination of clinics for the team Consultant, including diary management.

Oversee the waiting list for the team Consultant. Utilize a variety of AWP systems, including RiO, DrDoctor, and Business World. Answer the main phones for the team and manage enquiries, taking accurate messages and passing them on in a timely manner.

Upload and record information on RiO (Patient Electronic file). Take minutes of team meetings, type clinical letters, and ensure a copy is uploaded to RiO. Order supplies, including non-stock orders.

Provide cross cover for the Lead Administrator when required, and perform any other general administrative tasks.
