Secretarial Support:

Provide comprehensive secretarial services, including diary management, dealing with inquiries, and word processing. Document Preparation:

Prepare a variety of documents such as minutes, letters, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. Meeting Coordination:

Organise meetings and take accurate notes to ensure effective communication within the team. Communication Management:

Handle incoming communications and assist with patient inquiries as required. Record Management:

Maintain accurate records and files to support departmental operations. Administrative Tasks:

Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for daily administrative tasks. Who You Are:

You have 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualifications, along with one year of secretarial experience. You possess 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office applications. You demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
