An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Bowel Cancer Screening Department based at Hemel Hempstead Hospital. The post is for a band 3 Programme Administrator to join the admin team in support of the Bowel Cancer Screening and Endoscopy Department. Please see attached job description for more details.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and send patient health check forms for BCSP and Endoscopy surveillance service. Add patients to the waiting list for repeat procedures. Admit and discharge patients from Endoscopy Unit. Validate and request patient pathway discharges. Ensure patient follow-up arrangements. Send and receive patient feedback questionnaires. Stationery and Print room ordering. Supervise department volunteers. Support the Programme Manager, Coordinators and Specialist Screening Practitioners in any duty to ensure a smooth-running service.

Working Hours:

The working hours are Tuesday 09.00 – 17.00 and Thursday 09.00 – 17.00 with a 30-minute lunch break, which is 15 hours in total.
