This role will include face to face contact with patients attending the unit, sorting & distributing mail, answering telephone queries from patients & staff. The role may also include working on the sexual health appointment line which enables patients to book into clinics and receive general advice on the Integrated Sexual Health service and offer support to the data team.
Working in partnership with the Department Manager to support the wider development of the Integrated Sexual Health & HIV service, by providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective administrative support within the clinic.
The post holder will promote and encourage a caring and sympathetic environment for patients ensuring that high standards of service are continually maintained.
