Review and validate applications and documents for accuracy. Manage the entitlement verification process, including issuing query and reminder letters to patients. Enter correspondence and information into the case management system. Conduct assessments of patient entitlement based on received information. Respond to patient queries via phone or in person. Ensure the accuracy of output from the Case Management System. Maintain organized records and participate in daily post opening procedures. Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. At least one year of administration experience, with five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
