Responsibilities: To support managing the waiting list for Older Adults with varying mental health issues. To assist with risk management. To liaise with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care. Ensure confidentiality and correct documentation at all times. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced, valid DBS. Nursing degree is not required. Must have mental health experience. Must be an experienced health care assistant or support worker.
