Main duties of the job: To provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective clerical/administrative support to the Prehabilitation Team. The post holder will be the first point of contact for other departments, patients and outside agencies. You should have well-developed communication skills with a range of people and be able to provide an initial response to patients and other agencies queries, concerns and sign-post/direct as appropriate. To provide an efficient and effective clerical support service to the Therapy Prehabilitation Service. To provide a contact point for staff, patients, relatives and outside agencies as required.
