You must be able to work well under pressure and have a willingness to learn and develop your own skills. The successful candidate will be expected to provide the highest standard of evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will share our PRIDE values and our desire to continue to improve. Our busy Children's Emergency Departments cover two sites - Queens Hospital in Romford and King George's Hospital in Goodmayes. Main duties of the job

The role of the staff nurse is to provide hands-on clinical care to Children and Young People who attend our department. They will advocate for their patient, assess, plan, and implement care, ensuring a holistic approach while working alongside the Multi-Disciplinary Team. Person specification

Registered Children’s Nurse PILS Skills/ Abilities

Work as a member of a team Work well under pressure Able to assess, plan, and prioritise care for a group of patients Experience/ Knowledge
