Qualified Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - West Team, Hockley Birmingham Healthy Minds is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BABCP/BPS registered PWPs to enhance our reputable service. As a motivated PWP with good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills, you will inspire clients to improve their mental health using computerised CBT, video work, one-to-one and group workshops. Part of your role will include assessing a clients’ suitability for BHM, and where appropriate, signposting to other more suitable services. Our current step 2 team is arranging a timetable of community events to reach out to the diverse communities of Birmingham and reduce the stigma of accessing mental health services. We actively encourage our team members to become involved in service development and have a Teams chat to support the sharing of innovative ideas. At Birmingham Healthy Minds, you can expect a blended way of working which means there will be a mix of office or community-based venues alongside remote, home working options. We offer appointments outside 9am-5pm, providing opportunities to work evenings. Main duties of the job

Location: Birmingham Healthy Minds covers the geographical area of Birmingham. This particular post is for the West team based in the Hockley area of Birmingham. What we offer at BHM:

Qualifications
