Qualifications
NMC registered Knowledge of Mental health nursing Experience of providing holistic nursing care Experience
Experience working as a mental health nurse and assessing service users' health and well-being and the supervision of other staff and systems A good understanding of the Mental Health Act/Mental Health Capacity Act Possess an understanding and have experience of multi-agency and multi-disciplinary working Attributes and Abilities
To prioritise and organise the working day Able to exhibit good de-escalation skills and feel confident enough to use these on a regular basis Disclosure and Barring Service Check
