An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our innovative, friendly team across our rotations at East Cheshire NHS Trust. This is an excellent career opportunity, suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Band 5 physiotherapists.
We are looking for:
Enthusiastic, self-motivated HCPC registered Physiotherapist NHS placement and/or experience Excellent communication skills Work autonomously and within the team and wider MDT Organisation and time management Patient centred care Sound evidence based clinical knowledge Work within trust policies and professional practice Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records A full UK driving licence with vehicle access or be able to demonstrate means of meeting the travel requirements of the post

Main duties of the job To rotate through a wide range of rotations including medical, surgical, acute, community and OP neuro-rehabilitation, frailty, palliative, orthopaedics, rheumatology OP and both GP clinics, gymnasium and department based musculoskeletal therapies. To undertake assessment of patients with a wide range of conditions and to work as autonomous clinicians, under the guidance of Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists as required, using accurate analytical skills and clinical reasoning to interpret assessment findings, making diagnoses where appropriate, identifying patient problems, setting goals, and providing an appropriate treatment plan and progression. Upon completion of on call competencies, to work unsupervised in an on-call and out of hour's emergency service.
