AMEDEC Acute Medicine/HSEP wards at Royal Free Hospital is a fantastic area to work and develop your nursing skills in relation to acute medical conditions. You will be able to experience caring for patients with delirium, dementia, and behavioral issues. We are a supportive and friendly team that works together to provide the best care we can for our patients and to develop our staff to be excellent nurses. The ward is known for being very friendly and supportive, and we enjoy our daily work. Main duties of the job

To be responsible for the unsupervised assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of plans of care, ensuring high standards of evidence-based care using a defined model of care in an acute setup in the medical ward. Undertake all nursing procedures in accordance with Trust policies and ensure that these procedures and policies are understood and adhered to by all staff, within your management responsibility.
