at ESTH helps early career midwives build skills, knowledge, and confidence as they move into their Band 6 role. Led by our Preceptorship Midwives, it offers tailored support to help new midwives meet clinical and professional standards. The program includes: Professional Development program supporting progression to Band 6 Midwife Holistic Support: The program includes a combination of practical training, mentorship, peer support, and reflective practice, giving early career midwives the tools and confidence they need to succeed Structured Learning: Regular review points ensure support is tailored to individual needs Experienced staff will benefit from ongoing professional support at ESTH.
