We are currently looking for an experienced Band 5/6 MMT Pharmacy Technician to join a dedicated hospital pharmacy team in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician with prior hospital-based wards experience to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements: Prior hospital-based wards experience is essential Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) Strong knowledge of Medication Management and Therapy (MMT) Excellent communication and organizational skills Role Responsibilities: Support in the preparation and dispensing of medications for hospital wards Assist with medication reviews and therapy management Ensure medication safety and accuracy in line with hospital policies Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Competitive hourly rate (£18.00 - £24.00 per hour) depending on experience Full-time, ongoing contract with ASAP start Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment Benefits of working with Hunter Gatherer AHP: Quick & simple online registration.
