What you will do: Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing tailored nutrition care plans for infants, children, and young people. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including paediatricians, nurses, and therapists, to deliver holistic patient care. Provide education and advice to families and caregivers to promote healthy dietary practices and improve nutritional outcomes. Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as needed to achieve optimal growth and development. Participate in clinical meetings, contributing your expertise to support decision-making and planning for paediatric care. Requirements: Degree in Dietetics or equivalent. HCPC Registration as a Dietitian. Significant experience working in paediatrics, with a good understanding of common paediatric conditions and nutritional requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Why Torquay?
