Pulse is working alongside a charitable hospice in Hertfordshire to recruit a Senior Nurse to support and motivate the Nursing team on a 12-bed Inpatient Unit (IPU). Their low patient-to-nurse ratio allows nurses to provide the highest standards of individualized care to enhance the quality of life for patients and their carers/families.
Role Responsibilities: Support the Inpatient Unit team in ensuring optimum care standards for patients and their families. Oversee and support nurses, APs, NAs, HCA's, and student nurses to deliver direct and indirect care. Demonstrate compassion and a good understanding of the needs of patients living with life-limiting illness and their loved ones. What's offered:
